Who we are

VDX.tv is a global, TV/Video advertising technology company that helps brands magnify the magic of their TV ads by connecting the TV with a household member's personal devices and allowing consumers to interact with their TV ads on their phones and other devices.

Our solutions are specifically designed to address the unique challenges in each industry vertical. Our mid-funnel video solution helps magnify a brand in the minds of their most valuable prospects - deepening the connection through attention, relevancy, interactivity and frequency; moving them from awareness to consideration; and tipping outcomes in a brand's favor.

As a certified minority business enterprise, we appreciate that diverse perspectives generate the most creative and effective solutions for connecting with diverse audiences.

How we got here

In 2000, we launched Tribal Fusion, a display ad network. The company then expanded into in-stream (AdoTube), in-app (AppSnack), and desktop video (Firefly Video) and each of the brands became divisions under Exponential, the parent company.

In 2019, we combined all the brands into a single video solution that connected the TV to personal digital devices. The new brand was named VDX.tv, where VDX stands for Video-Driven-Experience.

Our People and Organization

All companies have variations of benefits or core values. We have those too. But the true measure of the strength of an organization is the average tenure of its people. Our remote-first organization consists of about 450 people with an average tenure of 6.4 years. We believe people stay at VDX.tv because the work environment allows them to thrive and they are connected to the organization, each other, and our purpose. We are an outlier relative to all other ad-tech companies and have tenure comparable to some of the best companies.
